SECTION 33-15-23

   § 33-15-23  Notice of disallowance ofclaims. – Within thirty (30) days after the expiration of the six (6) months, the limitedguardian or guardian shall file in the office of the probate clerk a statementdisallowing any of the claims filed as he or she intends to contest, and shallgive notice in writing, either personally or by registered or certified mail,to claimants whose claims are disallowed.
