SECTION 33-15-27

   § 33-15-27  Allowances to limited guardianor guardians. – Probate courts are authorized to allow in the settlement of the accounts of anylimited guardian or guardian such reasonable sums as the limited guardian orguardian shall have paid for the suitable support of his or her ward and theward's family, and also a reasonable compensation to the limited guardian orguardian for his or her services. It is permissible for a limited guardian orguardian to decline compensation, and shall not be grounds for removal of thelimited guardian or guardian.
