SECTION 33-15-3

   § 33-15-3  Power of probate court toappoint limited guardians or guardians. – Pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, the probate court in each city ortown shall have the power to appoint or approve limited guardians or guardiansof individuals who shall reside or have a legal settlement within the city ortown, and of individuals who reside outside this state and have an estatewithin the city or town.
