SECTION 33-15-36

   § 33-15-36  Powers of limited guardian orguardian with respect to corporate stock. – Whenever the ward is the owner of stock in any corporation, and the limitedguardianship or guardianship order so authorizes, the limited guardian orguardian shall have and exercise on behalf of his or her ward all the rightsand powers of voting, either personally or by proxy, the right of examinationof books, and all other rights incident to ownership.
