SECTION 33-15-4.2
§ 33-15-4.2 Waiver of filing fees for goodSamaritan guardianships. – The probate court may on exporting application, issue orders providing thepayment of a filing fee in cases of a good Samaritan guardianship, prior to thefiling of the petition. The probate court shall provide forms for suchapplication for waiver of fee.
