SECTION 33-15-4.3

   § 33-15-4.3  No cash surety required.– Notwithstanding the provisions of R.I.G.L. § 33-17-1.3, surety shall notbe required on any bond of a good Samaritan guardian unless the probate courtdetermines that the circumstances so warrant surety.
