SECTION 33-15-41

   § 33-15-41  Applicability of §§33-15-37 – 33-15-40. – The provisions of §§ 33-15-37 – 33-15-40 shall apply to anyestate where a limited guardian, a guardian, or a conservator has beenappointed whether prior to June 13th, 1923, or thereafter.
