   § 33-15-45  Conservator's bond andinventory – Management and accounting. – A conservator shall give bond and file inventory as is required of guardians ofestates. All provisions of law relating to accounting and to the management,investment, sale, lease, or mortgage by guardians of estates shall apply to theaccounting and to the management, investment, sale, lease, or mortgage ofestates by conservators.
