§ 33-16-12 - Notice of petition for guardianship.
SECTION 33-16-12
§ 33-16-12 Notice of petition forguardianship. – (a) Upon the filing of a petition for the appointment of a guardian under thischapter, notice shall be given to the ward, to any other persons, and in anymanner as is provided by the general law of this state, and also to theveterans administration as provided by this chapter.
(b) Where no person is designated to give a notice requiredby this section, the clerk of the proper court shall give the requisite notice.
