SECTION 33-16-13

   § 33-16-13  Filing of bond. – Upon the appointment of a guardian, he or she shall execute and file a bond tobe approved by the court in an amount not less than the estimated value of thepersonal estate and anticipated income of the ward during the ensuing year. Thebond shall be in the form and be conditioned as required of guardians appointedunder the general guardianship laws of this state. The court may from time totime require the guardian to file an additional bond.
