SECTION 33-16-15

   § 33-16-15  Filing of annual account.– Every guardian, who has received or shall receive on account of his or her wardany money or other thing of value from the veterans administration shall filewith the court annually, in addition to any other accounts as may be requiredby the court, a full, true, and accurate account under oath of all money orother things of value received by him or her, all earnings, interest or profitsderived therefrom, all property acquired therewith, all disbursementstherefrom, and showing the balance thereof in his or her hands at the date ofthe account and how it is invested.
