SECTION 33-16-19

   § 33-16-19  Grounds for removal ofguardian. – If any guardian shall fail to file with the court any account as required bythis chapter, or by an order of the court, when any account is due or withinthirty (30) days after a citation issues as provided by law, or shall fail tofurnish the veterans administration a true copy of any account, petition orpleading as required by this chapter, such failure may, in the discretion ofthe court, be grounds for his or her removal.
