§ 33-16-32 Applicability of general lawsof guardian and ward. – Except where inconsistent with this chapter, laws of this state relating toguardian, ward, and the judicial practice relating thereto, including the rightto trial by jury and the right of appeal, shall be applicable to beneficiariesand their estates.
