SECTION 33-16-33

   § 33-16-33  Applicability of chapter toguardians appointed under other law. – The provisions of this chapter relating to surety bonds and the administrationof estates of wards shall apply to all "income" and "estate" as defined in§ 33-16-2, whether the guardian shall have been appointed under thischapter or under any other law of this state, special or general, prior orsubsequent to the enactment of this chapter.
