SECTION 33-17-20

   § 33-17-20  Execution on judgment offorfeiture. – Any person to whose use judgment shall be rendered in the name of the probatecourt as provided in § 33-17-19 may sue out execution thereon and have theexecution levied according to law, and shall be deemed to be the creditor toevery intent and purpose whatsoever.
