SECTION 33-17-22

   § 33-17-22  Action on judgment for penalty.– After judgment for the penalty of a bond, any person interested, upon givingsurety for costs as in other cases, may bring a civil action on the judgment;and upon proof of his or her claim may have judgment so that an execution shallissue to his or her use.
