SECTION 33-17-29

   § 33-17-29  Consolidation of suits againstjoint fiduciaries – Execution. – Whenever suits are brought upon separate bonds of joint executors,administrators, or guardians, they may be consolidated. If judgment for thepenal sum is obtained upon more than one of the bonds, one execution shallissue for the amount found due for defaults for which two (2) or moreprincipals on the bonds are found liable, and separate executions shall issuefor the amount found due for all individual defaults of either of theprincipals.
