SECTION 33-17-4

   § 33-17-4  Testamentary exemption from bondor surety. – An order or request in a will that an executor or guardian shall be exempt fromgiving bond or surety shall only exempt the executor or guardian from givingsurety. The probate court, however, may require the executor or guardian at anytime to give bond with surety or sureties.
