SECTION 33-17-7

   § 33-17-7  Examination and approval ofbond. – No bond required to be given to a probate court shall be accepted until it hasbeen examined and approved by the court, or examined by the clerk and found toconform to the order of the court, and the approval of the court or clerkentered of record.
