SECTION 33-17-9

   § 33-17-9  Bonds payable to and suable bycourt – Lost bonds. – All bonds required to be given to a probate court shall be made payable to thecourt, and shall be filed in the office of the probate clerk. In case a bond islost, a copy of the record of it shall be admitted in evidence. These bondsshall be sued in the name of the court.
