SECTION 33-18-3

   § 33-18-3  Citation in action to removefiduciary. – Whenever complaint shall be made by any person interested in the estate, or byany creditor, or by the surety on the bond of any executor, administrator orguardian, for the removal of an executor, administrator or guardian, a citationshall issue to the executor, administrator or guardian, embodying the substanceof the complaint, or with a copy of the complaint annexed, which citation shallbe in the form, and shall be served, as provided in § 33-22-12.
