SECTION 33-18-7

   § 33-18-7  Continuation of actions by oragainst successor fiduciary. – Whenever an executor, administrator, or guardian, by or against whom any actionconcerning the estate of the testator, intestate or ward is prosecuted shalldie, resign, or be removed, the action shall not thereby be abated, but thesuccessor, if any, may come into court to prosecute or defend, or may besummoned in, in such manner as the court may direct.
