SECTION 33-19-11

   § 33-19-11  Adjournment of auction sale.– The executor, administrator, or guardian may, in his or her discretion, adjournany auction sale to a future day, whenever he or she may deem it advisable,giving notice of the adjournment in the same manner in which notice of the salewas given, as soon as may be after the adjournment and up to the day of theadjourned sale, unless the adjournment shall be from day to day only, and thenby making public proclamation at the time and place of the sale and by settingup a notice of the sale at the appointed place.
