SECTION 33-19-4

   § 33-19-4  Sale of whole real estate toprevent injury. – If in any case it appears to the court to be necessary to sell only a part ofthe real estate described, but that by the partial sale, the residue of theestate or of some part thereof would be greatly injured, the court mayauthorize the sale of the whole of the estate or such part of the estate as mayappear advisable.
