SECTION 33-2-2

   § 33-2-2  Presumption of survivorship as toeach decedent. – Where the title to property or the devolution thereof depends upon priority ofdeath and there is no sufficient evidence that the persons have died otherwisethan simultaneously, the property of each person shall be disposed of as if heor she had survived, except as provided otherwise in this chapter.
