SECTION 33-21.1-28

   § 33-21.1-28  Destruction or disposition ofproperty having insubstantial commercial value – Immunity from liability.– If the administrator determines after investigation that any property deliveredunder this chapter has insubstantial commercial value, the administrator maydestroy or otherwise dispose of the property at any time. No action orproceeding may be maintained against the state, or any officer, or against theholder for on account of any action taken by the administrator pursuant to thissection.
