SECTION 33-21-6

   § 33-21-6  Proceeds of sale. – The proceeds of a sale, and the balance of any proceeds after proceedings bycreditors under § 33-21-4, over and above all expenses incurred by thetown, shall be held by the town and be accounted for in the same way and beheld for the same uses as the real estate would have been had no sale been made.
