SECTION 33-22-23

   § 33-22-23  Division of fees. – The fees provided for in § 33-22-21 shall inure, one-half (1/2) to and forthe use of the probate court, and one-half (1/2) to and for the use of theprobate clerk, unless provision is made to the contrary as provided in thischapter.
