SECTION 33-22-8

   § 33-22-8  Notice of authority to sell ormortgage real estate. – Authority to sell or mortgage real estate shall not be given to a guardianuntil notice by public advertisement or otherwise, as the court may order, hasbeen given to the husband or wife and the next of kin of the ward, andauthority to mortgage shall not be given to an executor or administrator untilafter personal notice shall have been given by citation to all known partiesinterested.
