SECTION 33-6-4

   § 33-6-4  Executor or trustee as witness.– No person shall, on account of his or her being an executor of, or trusteeunder, a will, be incompetent to be admitted a witness to prove the executionof the will or codicil, or to prove the validity or invalidity thereof.
