SECTION 33-6-7

   § 33-6-7  Devise without words oflimitation. – Whenever any real estate shall be devised without words of limitation, thedevise shall be construed to pass the fee simple, or the other whole estate orinterest which the testator had power to dispose of by will in the real estate,unless a contrary intention shall appear by the will.
