§ 33-7-14 - Representation of parties under disability.

SECTION 33-7-14

   § 33-7-14  Representation of parties underdisability. – If a person under legal disability is a necessary party to a civil action, heor she shall be represented by his or her guardian, or by a guardian ad litemappointed by the court, who shall, in the name and in behalf of the party he orshe represents, make and receive all proper conveyances and payments necessaryto carry into effect any compromise sanctioned by the court.
