SECTION 33-7-15

   § 33-7-15  Representation of contingentinterests and charitable gifts. – If it shall appear to the court that any future contingent interests whichwould arise under the will, if admitted to probate, would be affected by thecompromise, the court shall appoint some suitable person or persons torepresent those interests in the proceedings. The court shall have like powersas to any gifts made in the will for charitable purposes if there is no trusteewho can act.
