SECTION 34-11-10

   § 34-11-10  Takers not party to indenture– Conveyance purporting to be indenture. – Under an indenture hereafter executed, an immediate estate or interest in anytenements or hereditaments, and the benefit of a condition or covenantrespecting any tenements or hereditaments, may be taken, although the takerthereof be not named a party to that indenture; also any conveyance purportingto be an indenture shall have the effect of an indenture although not actuallyindented.
