SECTION 34-11-26
§ 34-11-26 Use of word "grant" sufficient.– In any conveyance of real estate the word "grant" shall be a sufficient word ofconveyance without the use of any of the words "give", "bargain", "sell", and"convey"; and no covenant or warranty shall be implied from the use of any ofthe words "grant", "grantor", and "grantee".
