SECTION 34-11-28

   § 34-11-28  Rights, privileges, andappurtenances included in grant. – In any conveyance of real estate all rights, privileges, and appurtenancesbelonging or appertaining to the granted estate shall be included in theconveyance, unless a different intention shall clearly appear in the deed, andit shall be unnecessary to enumerate or mention them either generally orspecifically.
