   § 34-11-29  Newspapers eligible forpublication of notice. – Whenever it is required under this chapter that any notice or publication shallbe published in a public newspaper, the newspaper shall be held to mean apublic newspaper that has been regularly published for at least six (6) monthsprior to the first publication of the notice, or a merged or consolidatedpublic newspaper formed by the merger or consolidation of two (2) or morepublic newspapers, one of which has been regularly published for a least six(6) months prior to the first publication of notice.
