SECTION 34-11-32

   § 34-11-32  Application of covenants tosuccessors in interest. – A covenant hereafter made relating to land of inheritance shall be deemed to bemade with the covenantee, his or her heirs and assigns, and shall have effectas if heirs and assigns were expressed; a covenant hereafter made relating toland not of inheritance shall be deemed to be made with the covenantee, his orher executors, administrators, successors and assigns, and shall have effect asif executors, administrators, successors and assigns where expressed; provided,in either case, that no express provision be made to the contrary.
