§ 34-13.1-10 Construction. – This chapter shall be liberally construed to effect the legislative purpose ofsimplifying and facilitating land title transactions by allowing persons torely on a record chain of title as described in § 34-13.1-2 subject onlyto such limitations as appear in § 34-13.1-3.
