SECTION 34-13-10

   § 34-13-10  Return of recorded documents.– Any instrument presented for recording in the records of land evidence, whichoriginal is intended to be returned to the person recording or to an addresspreviously indicated, shall be forwarded within one hundred eighty (180) daysof the date the instrument was actually recorded.
