SECTION 34-13-8

   § 34-13-8  Fees for attachments,executions, and mechanics' lien accounts. – The fees allowed to recording officers for receiving and filing the followingdescribed instruments shall be as follows:

   Writ of attachment or execution

   affecting title to real estate $10.00   

   Account under mechanics' lien law 10.00   

   Writ of attachment or lien affecting

   title to mobile and manufactured homes 2.00
