§ 34-15-28 - Vesting of title.
SECTION 34-15-28
§ 34-15-28 Vesting of title. – The recording of the plat and judgment pursuant to this chapter shall vest thelegal title to the property therein described in the persons to or among whomthe property is divided or allotted, and no conveyance shall be required to beexecuted for the purpose of vesting legal title in those persons.
