SECTION 34-17-5

   § 34-17-5  Testamentary powers unaffectedby § 34-17-4. – Section 34-17-4 shall not affect the right of the owner of land to make adifferent arrangement by will or otherwise as to the removal of fixtures, norshall it in any way impair or affect the provisions of any will or otherinstrument by which an estate for life in land is created or limited.
