   § 34-18.1-6  Notice of termination bytenant. – To terminate leases at will or by sufferance or by parol covered by thischapter, like notice shall be given by the tenant, if he or she would quit ofthe same, as is prescribed to be given by the landlord. The notice shall havethe same effect, for all purposes, as if given by the landlord to the tenant.
