SECTION 34-19-8

   § 34-19-8  Appeal not allowed – Newtrial – Judgment not bar to further action. – No appeal shall be allowed from the judgment of the court, nor shall a newtrial be granted, in this proceeding, nor shall the judgment be a bar to anyaction thereafter brought by either party.
