§ 34-21-7 - Failure of plaintiff to prosecute.

SECTION 34-21-7

   § 34-21-7  Failure of plaintiff toprosecute. – Whenever any plaintiff in replevin shall neglect to enter and prosecute thesuit, the defendant may, upon complaint, have judgment for a return andrestoration of the goods and chattels replevied, and reasonable damages for thetaking, with such reasonable costs as shall be adjudged by the court, and awrit of return and restoration thereupon accordingly.
