SECTION 34-22-11

   § 34-22-11  Construction of certain powersof appointment created before May 1, 1958. – In the construction of any will of a person who dies, or of a deed of trustexecuted and becoming effective before May 1, 1958, which instrument shallcreate a power to appoint by will, unlimited as to the persons to whom thedonee of the power may appoint, the instrument shall be deemed to permitappointment to the estate of the donee of the power unless a contrary intentionshall appear by the terms thereof, or unless the donee of the power shall havedeceased prior to May 1, 1958.
