   § 34-27-5  Mortgage foreclosureadvertisement. – An advertisement for foreclosure may, if describing the real estate beingforeclosed, describe the real estate to be foreclosed by metes and boundsdescription and street address, or by recitation of the taxing authority'sassessor's plat and lot designation and street address, or by recitation of thebook and page of mortgage and street address.
