§ 34-28-16.2 Proceedings in superiorcourt. – Once the complaint, described in § 34-28-13, and containing all claimspursuant to § 34-28-16 has been filed with the court, the proceedingsshall continue pursuant to the rules of civil procedure, in a nonjuryproceeding.
