SECTION 34-28-18

   § 34-28-18  Consolidation of proceedings bydifferent lienholders. – If more than one complaint under §§ 34-28-10 and 34-28-13 are filedagainst the same or any part of the same property, like proceedings shall behad on each, and each plaintiff shall give, upon motion of any personinterested in the complaint made at any time, surety for costs, unless he orshe is an inhabitant of the state; but all such complaints against the same orany part of the same property shall be consolidated after the returns of thecitations, and shall proceed as one.
